I am a successful Career Specialist with 30+ years in career coaching and job search assistance, workshop facilitation and training, Corporate Human Resources, recruiting and social media consulting with individuals and small businesses. I have worked with thousand of clients in a variety of industries, levels and positions.
I understand the new and unique challenges in today's job market. Companies want you to apply on-line which is impersonal, and you rarely ever hear back from them. I will help you use all the tools in your arsenal (and add new ones including LinkedIn) to get your resume in front of decision makers so you can get you more interviews, and I will coach you how to interview effectively so you can get more job offers!
My approach is straight-forward and practical based on my real life experiences. I partner with my clients to empower and motivate them so that they are responsible and in control of their process, while at the same time providing guidance, support and encouragement.
